  • Please allow up to 24-48 business hours for you order to be processed All shipping details will be listed in description. (excludes weekends and holidays).

  • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves for shipping.

Return Policy

  • All Sales Are Final

  • We do not accept returns on wig orders. All wig orders are final unless a mistake was made on our terms.

  • Hair Extension orders are non-refundable unless a mistake was made on our terms. If return is allowed it must be returned in its original packaging with nothing being tapered with.

  • All other merchandise that is allowed and accepted  to be returned will need to be done so no later that 7 days after shipment has been received.

  • Merchandise that is damaged prior to shipping or shipment is wrong are only allowed for return.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us in its original condition.

  • Items sent back to us damaged, worn, or tampered with will be disregarded and no money shall be issued.

  • All merchandise that is purchased on sale is not eligible for refund or exchange.

  • We aim to provide our customers with products of good standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please immediately contact us at queendomtherapy@gmail.com. Email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/damage within 7 days of purchase.

  • Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.

  • We will issue your refund within 3-6 business days one we receive your return.

  • Please note that initial shipping cost is not included in the refund amount.

  • Time-frame for your refund to be posted on your account is based on your financial institution, typically within 5-10 business day.
